Delta Dental Premier Coverage Availability & Fees
The Delta Dental Premier plan allows you to see any licensed dentist you choose, but you are likely to save more money by choosing someone in-network. Here is a general overview of the coverage you are likely to receive:
- 100% coverage on preventive services, like cleanings, checkups, and routine X-rays.
- 70-80% coverage on minor restorative procedures, like dental fillings.
- 50% coverage on major restorative procedures, like dental crowns and dentures.
The monthly premium that you agreed to pay when you enrolled in your dental insurance plan gave you access to the coverage above. Once you meet your deductible for the year, Delta Dental will pay a percentage of the cost of your treatment. This will allow you to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses until you reach your maximum.
